Notification of Cancellation:
Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice to Harmony CPA via email or mail. The notice must include the client’s name, service(s) being canceled, and the effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation Timeframes:
Monthly Services: Clients must provide at least 30 days’ notice for cancellation of ongoing monthly services.
One-Time Services: Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to the scheduled date of service for cancellation.
Effect of Cancellation:
Upon receipt of a cancellation notice, we will confirm the cancellation in writing. Services will be terminated on the effective date specified by the client, provided the notice period requirements are met.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available for prepaid services that have not yet been rendered. No refunds will be provided for services already performed.
Clients who cancel their services within the specified notice period may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unutilized portion of the prepaid service fee.
